Integrated video analysis for gymnastics
Designed to help your gymnast improve by allowing her to see where deductions can occur and where corrections should be made, while simultaneously giving the gymnast, parent, and coach a better overall understanding!
A national level judge evaluates both full gymnastics routines and individual skills, breaking down videos of the gymnast to determine where the gymnast would incur deductions. Importantly, we then point out areas where performance can be improved and exactly how to do that. We embed our analyses within snapshot images from the video so that the gymnast can see the exact location(s) within the movement where she needs to make the corrections. Video analysis example can be seen with this link.

Here’s how it works: you submit a video of your athlete. You can choose a routine from one or more events, or a specific skill that your athlete is working on. The video can be from a competition or practice.
Then, you’ll get a link to the results: your athlete’s video slowed down with her tips highlighted at the exact time the error is made. It is a wonderful visual tool to help you and your athlete understand how to improve her score.
Video Analysis Pricing

Most cell phone cameras video in 24 or 30 fps (frames per second). In order to prevent blurring for the video analysis you will need to manually change that to 60 fps in your camera settings, although 30 fps can be sufficient for lower level compulsory routines because the speed of the movements is not as great. Higher rates such as that used in slow motion may also be advantageous at the optional level, particularly for vaulting and tumbling due to the speed of the movement...contact us for further information.
PLEASE DO NOT RECORD IN 4K! The files are too large and are both difficult to work with on the program and to download and upload. If you have the 4K option on your recording device, make sure to go into your settings and make sure you are recording in 1080 or lower.
When videoing, make sure to hold the device to record in Landscape orientation...for a cell phone that is holding it horizontally, or lengthwise, otherwise the video will be too small for proper analysis.
